Our first purchase was a duplex where we lived in one unit and rented the other to a friend, which covered the mortgage so we assume a savvy investor will end up doing the same here. We're also building a restaurant off of Rose and just completed a home on Palms. You're welcome to see our other work or ask any questions about the build. Not sure if you're local or where you're reading this from, but the new Maison Margiela restaurant is coming half a block away, along with the coolest shops on Abbot Kinney. South Abbot Kinney is one of the raddest parts of LA. I couldn't think of a better place to plant some roots while supplementing your costs. Hope you enjoy the spot!
